Payment for storage services is due on the date specified in your rental agreement. We reserve the right to:

• Charge late fees for overdue payments
• Deny access to storage units for non-payment
• Initiate collection proceedings for outstanding balances
• Lien and sell stored items for unpaid fees (as permitted by law)

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cache and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
